No refunds or credits will be provided on orders that were left at the Post Office, in a mailbox, on a porch or weren’t retrieved in a timely manner once delivered, resulting in damaged cuttings or tubers.

Additionally, once tubers or cuttings are in your care I can't be held responsible for storage failures or cuttings that die due to improper care.
