Cutting Guarantee
I don’t believe damage during shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer and guarantee my cuttings will arrive alive and in good condition. If they were damaged during shipping, I need to know right away so that I can work with you to get you a replacement if possible.
I take pictures of every single cutting before they are shipped out and keep them with your order information. I take great care in only sending healthy, rooted cuttings that I would be happy to receive myself.
I understand cuttings are often hard to acquire varieties that are difficult to replace. If a cutting arrives damaged, I will try my best to get you another cutting if possible. Depending on inventory and climates, sometimes this isn’t feasible. Please understand I have no control over shipping and will not pay shipping on a replacement order; shipping costs for replacements are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cuttings can die quickly if the proper care isn’t taken. Caring for cuttings that have gone through the shipping system takes some practice. I do not guarantee cuttings past being delivered alive and in good condition. Too many things can happen once they are in your care that I have no control over to guarantee a cutting past delivery. Please do not order if you are not comfortable with this responsibility.
An email with pictures of the damaged cutting taken the same day your order is delivered, including a time and date stamp, is required for me to consider replacement. For cuttings, you must email me the same day your order is delivered if you have concerns.
If you email and we both agree the cutting was damaged during shipping and I have a replacement available, you will be required to destroy your cutting in a video and email it to me to receive a replacement.
